Can you check that the computer has been restarted, not shut down, as they perform different actions.
Check the front of the router to see what the 'DSL' and 'WAN2' lights are showing.
If you have been experienced any issue's with your phone systems, please select 'Issue with the phone system'. However if there is a change you would like to make to your phone systems, please select 'Change Required'
Check whether you are able to access and use websites, as well as emails.
