He and his Via Wire team have been a real backbone of reliability to Ithaca Partners in the (long) time we have worked with them, including (but not limited to) Ithaca having no problems when global issues with new software rollouts came through - which grounded flights and stopped emergency services... turns out that Via Wire don't roll out new software to their clients until it's been rolled out elsewhere and tested that it doesn't have any negative consequences. Phew, perfect. Adam also has that rare quality of making IT matters seem comprehensible to the rest of us. He's a real joy to deal with. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

We were let down by another supplier and Adam at Via Wire managed to provide us with a temporary solution - a mobile internet pod unit - that saved our bacon until they sorted the leased line. When we moved to our location, we found it difficult to find a supplier who could actually arrange a broadband connection for us. No problem for ViaWire though who have provided us with said connection which provides great speeds and stability too. Customer service is spot on too! Can't fault them!
