IT support contracts come with an 8 business hour, (upgradable) response service level agreement (SLA) – We don’t just respond when things go wrong, but work with your team to keep everything in good working order.  This means fewer faults.

Not sure how much support you’ll need?

Some of our clients simply buy a block of hours – and top up when they’re coming to the end of it.  This works well for smaller organisations or as a ‘starter’ so you get an idea of how many hours a month you’re likely to need.

Some of our clients work on a Pay As You Go basis – this means that when you need IT support you simply call us up and are invoiced for whatever we do.
