We recently moved office & had an absolute disaster as BT could not supply broadband due to an error with address registration. Fortunately, Via Wire came to the rescue & supplied a lease line at a very reasonable cost. They met all promised timeframes & carried out a superb installation (with no mess whatsoever) Aftersales service cannot be faulted either. We recently switched our broadband and phone services to Via Wire, and I have to say the entire process was incredibly smooth and seamless. We had our concerns about potential downtime during the transition, but they managed the migration perfectly — we had no interruptions at all to either our broadband or phone services. Customer communication throughout was excellent. They were very easy to get hold of whenever we had questions, and their response times have been always been quick. It’s clear they really care about their customers and understand how important service continuity is, especially for businesses. We Highly recommend them to anyone considering switching. I had lost all of my files from an external hard drive that had been corrupted, and thought they were lost forever! I sent it to Adam and within a few days I had a brand new hard drive with all of my recovered files on it. Adam and his team hooked me up with a secure wifi network after I had been hot spotting for a while which wasn't working so well with my online client meetings. The Via Wire team have looked after my IT for years.  They're always friendly and helpful and often solve my problems in seconds. Adam is exceptional. He and his Via Wire team have been a real backbone of reliability to Ithaca Partners in the (long) time we have worked with them, including (but not limited to) Ithaca having no problems when global issues with new software rollouts came through - which grounded flights and stopped emergency services... turns out that Via Wire don't roll out new software to their clients until it's been rolled out elsewhere and tested that it doesn't have any negative consequences. Phew, perfect. Adam also has that rare quality of making IT matters seem comprehensible to the rest of us. He's a real joy to deal with. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

The guys at Via Wire provided some excellent service whilst we moved to new premises. We were let down by another supplier and Adam at Via Wire managed to provide us with a temporary solution - a mobile internet pod unit - that saved our bacon until they sorted the leased line. When we moved to our location, we found it difficult to find a supplier who could actually arrange a broadband connection for us. No problem for ViaWire though who have provided us with said connection which provides great speeds and stability too. Customer service is spot on too! Can't fault them!
