The Challenge

Our client was setting up a serviced office building with 12 offices.  The plan was that it would be a straightforward process, the tenant would move in and with everything they needed in place the client wouldn’t have tenants knocking on the door with problems.

Part of the client’s plan for the building was to have a reliable internet and phone service that provided a robust service that didn’t have glitches.

The Solution

A leased line managed network with 24-7 monitoring was installed.  This provided reliable broadband and also a broadband-based phone system that gave each tenant a dedicated line.

This is supported with a full back-up of power and the service network to provide 99.9% guaranteed service.

The Results

The installation was managed so that it went smoothly and allowed for tenants to continue work while the installation took place.

Each office now has a reliable and secure broadband and phone connection.
